I have been knitting for quite awhile selling baby hats here and there. It is hard to keep going, crocheting and knitting takes awhile and I have three little boys. You have to be able to sit. You have to be able to sit and not get up to untangle your yarn from the toddler. It is impossible to price things according to how long they take...No one wants to buy an $80 newborn hat because you had to keep redoing it, or you spilled coffee on the first one and had to remake it or because someone lost or damaged it before you could get it to your customer! I have "quit" knitting a few times just because I wanted to make things for myself. Well right now I am un-quit. I have a few orders that I am trying to get done and I am planning to continue making things for people as they come.
Joshua had recently got into pyrography and he is really talented! He has made christmas ornaments, candle holders and recently a necklace! All of his work is beautiful.
